Fantasyland is a magical place filled with the sights, sounds and smells of the Christmas season. Open every year since 1964, we continue the tradition so many families look forward to each year. See what it's like up at the North Pole, where Santa's elves are busy building, repariing, polishing, baking, tending reindeer, and all of the other chores that go into making Christmas happen. You'll hea

r carols being sung by our Fantasyland School childrens' choir, and the figures in the Shadow Boxes The aromas of peppermint, cookies and chocolate hang in the air. Be sure to see the trains upstairs in the Lincoln Park Train Club. Make your visit with us even more special by taking a few moments to chat with Santa himself!

This Christmas tree proudly represents our Festival of Trees beneficiary, Lincoln Park's very own Lincoln Park Jr. Rails, a youth football and cheer organization dedicated to developing committed, confident young athletes. In addition to their accomplishments on the field, members of the Jr. Rails generously volunteer at Fantasyland, spreading Christmas magic to countless families throughout the season. We are honored to support their organization with a $1,350.00 donation, celebrating their dedication to youth development, community service, and bringing the joy of Christmas to our community.

Hi, everyone. Christmas is almost here. Are you as excited as we are?

We're receiving lots of questions about the next three days. All of our basic information can be found by reading our cover photo, but we'll try to answer your questions here, as well.

We WILL be open today Monday December 22nd and tomorrow Tuesday December 23rd from 4:00 until 8:00 both days. We will also be open on Christmas Eve day from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. Tickets are sold at the door at time of visit and are $2.00 per person of any age. We accept both cash and credit.

Barring an unexpected circumstance, Santa Curt will be in each of those days. Photos with Santa are $5.00 each or two for $8.00, and come in a nice keepsake folder.

As has been the case for many many years, Fantasyland is very popular. In the early part of the season, especially the first week of December, we are not very busy and the lines are short, if any line at all. Keep that in mind if you plan to visit us in the future. However, this close to Christmas, we are very very busy. You can expect to wait in line for a minimum of one hour, and most likely longer. While three hour waits are the extreme, it is a possibility. Please think ahead and bring a phone, tablet, coloring book, or some way to keep fidgety minds occupied while waiting in line.

The section of the building we're in is quite small, and we can only allow a certain number of people inside at one time, so part of your wait will almost certainly be outside. Please dress warmly.

We are constantly monitoring the lines, and make adjustments where we can, but there are some things beyond our control. There are some simple things you as visitors can do to help make the lines shorter. Please don't leave large gaps between you and the group in front of you. Please keep your family group in a bunch together, standing shoulder to shoulder, as opposed to single file. Those two things go a long way towards shortening the line.

Please keep in mind that we are a small volunteer led non-profit organization. Each member of our staff gives their utmost towards making your visit as joyful as possible.

Your continued support and understanding throughout the years is greatly appreciated. We are eagerly looking forward to seeing you over the next three days, and for many more Christmas seasons to come.

Merry Christmas!
