Event Overview
The Annual Kansas VFW & Auxiliary Eisenhower Vigil honors President Dwight D. Eisenhower — the only Five‑Star General ever elected President of the United States — and pays tribute to his lifelong service to our nation.

The Vigil begins at 4:30 PM on Friday, October 9, with the Posting of the Colors inside the Place of Meditation. District members will then stand guard at the Eisenhower gravesite from 5:00 PM until 7:00 AM the following morning. This solemn tradition reflects our commitment to remembrance, respect, and service.
