I've been taking some time and reading "The History of International Pancake Racing" by Virginia Leete. There are some hilarious stories and bits of trivia throughout this whole book that covers 1950 to 1995 of the International Pancake Day Race. Did you know you can get one for free at the Pancake Day Hall of Fame, 318 North Lincoln?
