SAVE THE DATE! We are excited to announce that The Linguistic Institute will return to the University of Oregon for 2027! This will build on the success of the 2025 Institute held there. The LSA is committed to supporting scholars with a deep and personal connection to, or abiding interest in, Indigenous communities of the Americas and the American Pacific. This award helps recipients attend the 2027 LSA Annual Meeting in San Francisco (January 6–9, 2027) and supports scholarship dedicated to the documentation, preservation, and revitalization of Indigenous languages.
