The Marshall County Senior Center is a place of support and community for Marshall County, TN Seniors.

We provide social programming, art/crafts classes, exercise classes, and recreational rooms for pool and cards. Civic organization for Senior Citizens, 55 years old and older.

We are starting a new outreach program at the center! Now through 2027, we will be sending Christmas and birthday cards to seniors in Marshall County that sign up for them. We will send birthday cards at the beginning of their birthday month, and Christmas cards at the beginning of December. If you are a senior that would like these cards, please call us and we can add you to the list!

We are getting into the Christmas spirit early at the center! Join us Monday, November 9th at 12:30 pm for our monthly crafts! We will be diamond dotting Christmas ornaments. Hope to see you there!

Marshall County, we need your help!
Seniors in our community are some of the most vulnerable to hunger. With grocery costs rising, senior citizens have a difficult time making their funds stretch.
We are hosting a food drive for the seniors of Marshall County November 9th through December 14th. We hope to get the food donations out to seniors in time for Christmas.
If you would like to donate food or reusable shopping bags, please drop off donations at the senior center. We are located at 230 College Street in the Hardison Annex. If you cannot donate during our open hours, please contact us.

Here is the November menu for our cafeteria! We serve hot meals Monday through Friday at 11:15-11:45 am.
These meals only cost $2 for anyone 60+! No income requirements. You can sign up for these meals in our office.
Meals must be reserved before 9 am the day before.

Make sure to mark your calendar for our events in partnership with the TN Dept. of Health! These are all open to the public.
We will have conversations about dementia, fall prevention, and coping with health issues during the busy holidays, plus BINGO!
Our first session on Dementia will be 11/3 at 12 pm. Make sure to join us!

The winning senior will receive $50. Voting closes Monday at 8 am. Only votes on this original post will count. Get your vote in!
