Please join us in congratulating Club Ohio North coaches Chris Allen and JD Hartwell on recently earning their U.S. Soccer National C License.

The National C License is one of the highest levels of coaching education offered within the U.S. Soccer pathway and requires a significant investment of time, study, reflection, field work, player analysis, session planning, in person instruction, and formal assessments. Candidates are challenged to demonstrate their ability to create player centered learning environments while applying the principles of long term player development, game understanding, leadership, and effective coaching behaviors.

Earning this license is not simply about receiving a certificate. It represents a commitment to becoming a better coach, mentor, teacher, and leader for the players entrusted to our care.

At Club Ohio North, we believe that great coaching begins with a growth mindset. The game is constantly evolving, and the best coaches never stop learning. They remain curious, seek feedback, challenge their own ideas, and continuously look for ways to improve the experience and development of every player they serve.

Chris and JD have demonstrated that commitment throughout this process, investing countless hours into their own development so they can better support the growth of our players and teams.

🖤💚🏆 A Season to Remember. A Future Still to Be Written. 🏆🖤💚

The journey came to an end yesterday for Club Ohio North 2011G Green, falling 4-3 in an unforgettable USYS Presidents Cup Great Lakes Regional Final. Their run to the championship match was a reflection of everything this group has become over the years: competitive, resilient, united, and fearless.

While the final score will be remembered, it is only a small part of the story.

What truly defines this team is the countless hours spent training together, the sacrifices made by players and families, the victories celebrated, the setbacks overcome, and the friendships built along the way. The emotions felt at the end of a season are powerful because they represent something real. Dedication. Commitment. Passion. Love for your teammates. Those memories and relationships will stay with you forever.

To our players, coaches Solly Hilton and staff, and all of the families who have supported this team throughout the years: thank you. You have represented Club Ohio North, Club Ohio Soccer, and the State of Ohio with tremendous pride, class, and character every step of the way.

And while yesterday marked the end of this chapter, it is important to understand that it is also the beginning of the next one.

The lessons learned, the standards established, and the experiences gained through this journey will continue to shape each of these young women long after the final whistle. Success is not measured solely by trophies or championships. It is measured by who you become through the pursuit of them.

💚🖤 A SEASON TO BE PROUD OF. 🖤💚

Congratulations to Club Ohio North 2011B Green on an outstanding performance at the USYS Presidents Cup Great Lakes National Qualifier at Grand Park in Indiana.

After earning the right to represent Ohio as Ohio Presidents Cup Champions, these boys competed against some of the top teams in the Great Lakes Region and proved they belong on the big stage.

⚽️ 3-0 victory over FC 814 Celtic (PA)
⚽️ 5-0 victory over United Elite SC (IL)
⚽️ Hard fought 2-1 battle against eventual group winner Elmbrook United (WI)

The weekend finished with an impressive 2-1 record, 8 goals scored, and countless memories made.

What stood out most was the way this team competed for one another. Their resilience, determination, and commitment to the group were on display every time they stepped onto the field.

To the players, Coach Tom Conroy, and all of the families who supported this incredible journey, thank you for representing Club Ohio North, Club Ohio Soccer, and the State of Ohio with pride, passion, and class.

This tournament may be over, but the growth, confidence, and experience gained from this journey will stay with these boys for years to come.

Congratulations to Club Ohio North 2012B Green on an outstanding performance at the 2026 USYS Presidents Cup Great Lakes National Qualifier at Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield, Indiana.

After earning the title of Ohio Presidents Cup Champions and advancing to represent both Club Ohio Soccer and the State of Ohio, these young men embraced every challenge placed in front of them and competed with tremendous heart, courage, and determination. The Great Lakes National Qualifier brought together champions and top teams from across Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Michigan, creating one of the highest levels of competition in the region.

The boys opened the event with a hard-fought battle against eventual group winner Lakeshore United FC from Wisconsin before responding in impressive fashion with victories over LouCity/Racing Youth Academy and FC-1 Academy to finish the weekend with a 2-1 record against elite regional competition.

Results:
✅ 3-2 victory vs. LouCity / Racing Youth Academy (KY)
✅ 2-1 victory vs. FC-1 Academy (IL)
⚔️ 1-0 battle vs. Lakeshore United FC (WI)

While the journey may not have ended with a championship trophy this weekend, these players represented everything we value at Club Ohio North: Passion. Integrity. Progress.

To the players, Coach Matt Poras, and families…thank you for your commitment, sacrifice, resilience, and belief in one another throughout this incredible Presidents Cup run. The memories made, lessons learned, and experiences gained competing on this stage will stay with these boys for a lifetime.

💚🖤 A SPECIAL GROUP. A BRIGHT FUTURE. 🖤💚

Club Ohio North 2012G Green traveled to Grand Park for the USYS Presidents Cup Great Lakes National Qualifier carrying the hopes of Ohio and returned home carrying something even more valuable: belief.

After opening the tournament with a narrow 1-0 loss to an undefeated NIFC Academy Jr Irish side that would go on to win the group, these girls responded exactly the way champions do. They stayed together. They stayed focused. And they showed everyone what they are made of.

⚽️ 2 0 victory over Croatian Eagles SC
⚽️ 5 0 victory over Century United
⚽️ Finished with a 2 1 record, 7 goals scored, and only 1 goal conceded all weekend.

What makes this group special is not simply the results.

It is the courage to compete against the best.
It is the willingness to trust one another.
It is the resilience to answer adversity with action.
It is the pride they take in representing something bigger than themselves.

Every challenge this team faced this year prepared them for this moment. Every training session, every difficult conversation, every setback, and every success helped shape a group of young women who are now ready for whatever comes next.

What a journey. What a team. What an opportunity.

Congratulations to Club Ohio North 2011G Green on advancing to the USYS Presidents Cup Great Lakes Region National Qualifier Final tomorrow at 11:00 AM!

This achievement is the result of countless hours of hard work, commitment, sacrifice, resilience, and belief. Through every training session, every challenge, every setback, and every victory, these girls have continued to fight for one another and represent everything that makes Club Ohio North special.

A huge congratulations to Coach Solly Hilton and the entire staff for guiding this group back to the Regional Final for the second consecutive season. Earning a return trip to this stage is no accident. It is a reflection of the culture, character, and determination that this team has built over the course of the year.

What a fantastic start to the USYS Presidents Cup Great Lakes Region National Qualifier for Club Ohio North 2011B Green!

The boys have opened group play with two impressive victories:

With a perfect 2-0-0 record, 8 goals scored, and 0 goals conceded, the team currently sits atop their bracket heading into the final group match.

🇺🇸⚽️ A Great Night for Soccer, Team Bonding, and Making Memories ⚽️🇺🇸

After each earning important victories on Day 2 of the USYS Presidents Cup Great Lakes Region National Qualifier at Grand Park, Club Ohio North 2012G Green and Club Ohio North 2011G Green came together last night to relax, connect, and enjoy a World Cup Watch Party as the 🇺🇸 USMNT delivered a dominant 4-1 victory over Paraguay.

Moments like these are what make the experience so special. Yes, we compete to win matches and pursue our goals on the field, but the friendships, memories, and shared experiences created along the way are what these players will remember for a lifetime.

From competing against some of the best teams in the region during the day to cheering on their national team together at night, our girls continue to represent Club Ohio Soccer, their families, and the entire State of Ohio with tremendous character, passion, and pride.

We are incredibly proud of both teams and grateful for the opportunity to watch them grow not only as players, but as teammates and young women.

Now it’s time to rest, recover, and get ready for another big day at Grand Park.

At Club Ohio, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to discover the joy of soccer in an environment that is fun, welcoming, and focused on development. Our Recreational Soccer League was created with one simple goal: provide an elevated first soccer experience where young players can build confidence, make friends, stay active, and fall in love with the game.

Open to boys and girls ages 4–8 (U5–U8), our program is designed for players of all experience levels. Whether your child is stepping onto the field for the very first time or looking for a positive place to continue their soccer journey, Club Ohio Rec Soccer provides the perfect environment to learn, play, and grow.

✅ Weekly practices led by Club Ohio coaching staff
✅ Small sided games that maximize touches and participation
✅ Official MLS GO jersey included
✅ Positive, age appropriate learning environment
✅ Focus on FUN, FRIENDS, and SOCCER
✅ No previous soccer experience required
