HELP US FIGHT HUNGER 🥊🍽️

Lemoore Rotary is continuing its fundraising campaign benefiting Lemoore Christian Aid and Lemoore College’s food pantry the Golden Nest!

Lemoore Christian Aid serves families all across Kings County. Golden Nest provides students 10 FREE grocery items every day, open 4 days a week, helping address student hunger.

So far, we have raised $1,550 out of our $5,000 goal. All monetary donations will be matched by Lemoore Rotary up to $5,000!

LEMOORE ROTARY FIGHTS HUNGER 🥊🍽️

On Saturday, April 11, Lemoore Rotary partnered with Lemoore Grocery Outlet for a Food Drive benefiting Lemoore Christian Aid and Lemoore College’s food pantry the Golden Nest! 🤝

In addition to collecting non-perishable food items and monetary donations, Lemoore Rotary signed families up for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, which gives free books to families every month for their children ages 0-5! 📚

After collecting generous donations from our community, Lemoore Rotary attended the Golden Evening Under the Stars, further fundraising for Lemoore Christian Aid and Lemoore College’s Golden Nest! ⭐️✨

Lemoore Christian Aid serves families all across Kings County, and Golden Nest provides students 1️⃣0️⃣ FREE grocery items every day, open 4️⃣ days a week, helping address student hunger.

We are accepting non-perishable food items and monetary donations — and Rotary will match monetary donations up to $5,000!

We are so excited that our Little Free Library Project is off to a good start. We have 3 libraries up and a goal for more to come! We would also like to acknowledge Corey and Fallon Silveira for building this masterpiece! They did a wonderful job! 📚

📚 Donate books to local schools and libraries
📖 Build Little Free Libraries in our community
🛏️ Build beds for children sleeping on the floor in our community

🌎 Support international projects with other incredible Rotary Clubs
🎓 Give scholarships to deserving students
🌭 BBQ at community events
🍽️ Feed hungry children during the summer months

SUMMER MEAL PROGRAM ☀️😎

The City of Lemoore will be distributing FREE lunches for hungry kids in our community during summer break. 🍽️

The Lemoore Rotary Club is proud to partner with the Leprino Foods Foundation to cover the cost, ensuring all of summer break is covered, and all participants receive a meal. 🤝

🗓️Monday through Friday, June 9-August 8 (with the exception of July 4)
🕚 11:00am to 12:00pm
📍City of Lemoore Recreation Center located at 721 W. Cinnamon Dr, Lemoore, CA 93245
👶👦🧒Ages 0-18 are eligible, regardless of income
💵 FREE to all 0-18, no information required
