Lots of things floods our minds as we have come home from Teen Camp. First of all God gets all the glory for everything!!! Much appreciation to all of you who gave and invested in this camp financially!!! We could not have done it without you!!! Thank you to all who prayed for us!!! Our gratitude to Larry Barker, Preston Jones and the Praise Band!!! God used them in such a powerful way!!!
The theme “Unashamed” of Jesus was heard all week!!! 388 total in attendance, 13 professions of faith, 8 who got assurance of their salvation, 3 who have previously been saved decided to follow the Lord in baptism saying they no longer needed to be ashamed or hide their faith, 2 young men Lukas D***s from Pleasant Hill Baptist in Tupelo and Coleman Cooper from Calvary Baptist in Horn Lake surrendered to ministry! Other young men praying about this! Many other decisions among our teens that were made. Hearts revived! Even an adult sponsor got assurance of her salvation! Within our groups many discussions and much discipleship because of the Breakout Sessions!!! Many decisions because of breakout sessions!!! My thanks to those leaders who invested in the teens!
This camp and its ministry is growing and broadening each year and we pray to see this continue!!!
