I know this is a long shot but here goes!!! An elderly couple off of east 84 had a floor to give way. They managed to gather up some scrap 3/4 Plywood and they bought 2x6 boards. They are about 2 sheets shy of enough. Does anyone have scrap pieces of 3/4 plywood left from a project that you did and would donate to a worthy cause. Even one scrap piece will help. I will come get it. You can text me at 601 470 2098 Thanks

My daily scripture reading was in proverbs.Chapter 19 and one verse stuck out at me. Verse 17. He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the lord , and that which he hath given , will he pay him again.

As most of you know, one of our homeless Jackson Lee hall AKA Action Jackson passed away due to injury sustained after being struck by a vehicle on interstate 59. Many helped with his celebration of Life. Madelyn Baucum created a Go fund me and Salvation Army hosted the Celebration of Life at their facility. Bridge to Hope would like to thank John Musgrove owner of Musgrove Funeral Home for going above and beyond by offering his services at a very reasonable and affordable cost. All done to ensure Action Jackson was laid to rest with dignity. John himself delivered the ashes to The Salvation Army and set things up for the service. He could have done as some have done and asked the ashes be picked up.But John chose to give our friend the dignity all people deserve.Musgrove Funeral Home has only been open a few months so we know it was John's love, compassion and kindness that made him go above and beyond.
We want to thank Musgrove Funeral Home for the awesome job in handling Jackson Lee Hall's arrangements.

Hey everyone we are told Salvation army has 4 washers and dryers in which 3 dryers and 4 washers are down. They say all probably can be fixed. Can you share this ppst and hopefully find a repair man we can hire cheap to work on these. We found a used washer but fixing these may be easier. Thanks

Good morning. We have a need we would like help with. Since the new leadership at Salvation Army the homeless are washing their clothes there. The old washer has went out. They still can do a load when Chrystal from Journey church does laundry once month but that leaves 3 weeks. Is there a church or individual that can help with a washer. Im sure would not have to be new just in working condition. We are hearing nothing but good from our homeless about the shelter and wanna help. If you cant afford all of it reach out to us maybe we can pool our money and help buy a washer. If washer went out dryer will be next. call Cindy 601 498-1157 or Teresa 601 470 2098 thanks in advance
