Dr. Aletha Miller is family around here. She’s a licensed psychologist with 20+ years of experience, and she started with us as a facilitator at last year’s GirlsGiving. Now she’s on our advisory board and mentors our youth empowerment coordinators. She keeps it real and raw, and you will feel it.

Laci McKinney is the woman you want next to you when you’re ready for what’s next. With 17+ years leading leadership and community programs and two master’s degrees, she helps women turn “I want” into a plan. She also created A Seat For You, a brunch built around women growing together.

We are officially in Week 2 of our What Now Program, and our young women are already soaking up so much!

Last week, our partner Huntington Bank helped them tackle all things “adulting” when it comes to finances; building confidence around money, decision-making, and preparing for life beyond the classroom.

This week, Davionne Andrews of Journey to Aspirations poured into them on the art of personal branding and storytelling, helping them understand how to confidently communicate who they are, what they bring to the table, and where they’re headed.

Their energy has been second to none. They’re showing up curious, engaged, and ready to glean from every expert we place in front of them.

This is exactly what the What Now Program is about: equipping young women with the tools to navigate life, work, and professionalism with confidence.

Three years ago, Trinaty came to a ConqHer financial literacy summit with her mom, just to check us out. Her mom saw something in that moment and decided to learn more about how we could support Trinaty's growth journey.

Fast forward to today: Trinaty has spoken at two of our fundraising soirées, led her own girl entrepreneur event through ConqHer, logged over 30 volunteer hours, made her high school's varsity dance team, and is now a junior thinking hard about what's next, college included.

In her own words: "ConqHer has truly changed the way I see myself. I've grown into my purpose more. I've stopped shying away from what I've been called to do and become more confident."
