Adult members increase their effectiveness in the by participating in the Education and Training program. This past Saturday and Sunday, members from around Florida took Level IV training sponsored by Group 4 at Patrick Composite Squadron in Satellite Beach. Completion of Level IV is required for members to promote to the grade of Major or Senior Master Sgt. Training consists of 25 modules of which 14 must be completed under the direction of a Volunteer University (VolU) instructor. The class was organized by Group 4 Education and Training Officer Tech. Sgt. Gary Pomichter, and taught by Maj. Christine Everhard and Senior Master Sgt. Timothy Everhard.
