SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're already active, returning to exercise after a break, or looking for ways to improve your balance and mobility, SAIL offers exercises that can be adapted for a wide range of fitness and mobility levels.

Join us every Monday and Wednesday at 3:00 PM and discover why this evidence-based program has helped so many older adults build strength, improve balance, and reduce their risk of falls.

Happy retirement to this incredible crew! Today we celebrated the well-deserved retirement of Brett (Food Pantry Manager), Judy (Homeless Outreach), and our cooks, Jackie and Vivian. 🎉The room was filled with so many great stories and endless appreciation for the care they have shown our community for years. Thank you all for your hard work! Go have fun, you crazy kids! Spend your Friday afternoon with friends and fresh air at Palmer Lake Park on Friday, June 12! We'll be enjoying a classic picnic lunch featuring juicy burgers, creamy potato salad, and fresh, sweet melon.

Meet us at the park, or hop on the KPCS bus and enjoy the ride together! The bus will leave KPCS at 11:45 a.m., so be sure to arrive a few minutes early if you'd like a seat.
