LAST CHANCE to volunteer for the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon at Aid Station 1 WITH ALPINE RUNNERS! All volunteers MUST register online individually by Friday, October 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. GREAT EVENT, GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SWAG! BONUS: being at Mile 1 means seeing the elites fly by together, and we're done clean up by 10am so you can walk a few blocks to watch the end of the race! Must be 14 or older.

Interested in volunteering for the Chicago Marathon at Aid Station #1? Alpine Runners is still in need of several volunteers, and when you’re done (it’s the first water stop so you start at 5am and end by 10:00am), you can go out on the course and cheer on the runners! Great swag - everyone gets a Chicago Marathon jacket and hat! Note: spots are filling up and we’re usually full before the October 2nd deadline, so commit to doing it and register now.
