Lake Wales Latte Lounge - Coffee & Bookshop

Over the last few days, we've received an overwhelming amount of support, encouragement, and kindness from people both here in Lake Wales and far beyond our little town.

We want to take a moment to share what the Lake Wales Latte Lounge has always been about.

From the day we opened our doors, our mission has been simple: create a welcoming place where people can gather, connect, enjoy a great cup of coffee, discover a new book, and feel at home.

We welcome everyone.

That includes people of every faith, every background, every political viewpoint, every race, every orientation, every identity, and every walk of life. We have hosted Bible studies, book clubs, homeschool groups, game nights, community organizations, families, friends, and neighbors. We are grateful for every person who has chosen to spend time with us.

We will continue to be a place where everyone is welcome, and we will continue to be a safe and supportive space for members of the LGBTQ+ community.

We are not interested in division. We are not interested in arguments. We are not interested in telling anyone where they should or should not spend their money.

We simply want to serve our community with kindness, respect, good coffee, good books, and good company.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. We look forward to serving you for many years to come.
