Lake of the Ozarks CERT LOZ CERT is our local Community Emergency Response Team.

The CERT program is an all volunteer based organization founded in 1985 for community members to help each other in times of disaster.

Reminder that tomorrow, Tuesday June 2nd, is our monthly CERT meeting in Camdenton at 6:30. Everyone is welcome to attend. Tomorrow's topic is "Are you ready?", it will be an in depth look at disaster preparedness. The meeting will be at the Camden County Emergency Management office at 12 VFW Rd Camdenton. We hope to see you there!

We have our first meeting scheduled for Miller County! It will be held Tuesday June 9th at 6:00 p.m. at the Eldon Community Center. We invite anyone interested in the Community Emergency Response Team to come join us.

We are currently working with Miller County Emergency Management to expand our CERT program to Miller County. We are looking to start holding regular meetings in the Eldon area, and encourage anyone from Eldon, Tuscumbia, Olean, Iberia and the rest of the county who would like to be part of a great community based organization to contact us.
