NOTICE: Lost Dog- Large Brown German Shepherd (skinny), Wont answer to a name and very skittish. Last seen around Nassau Circle in Imperial Point (see comments for updated locations) IF FOUND DO NOT APPROACH-

PLEASE CALL: 618-977-2069. The family is working with a trapper to try and secure him. To do this he needs to stay in one spot.

Be patient with us as we get phones and email settled and working

The storms earlier this week knocked out the Internet at the Community Center. We are working as quick as possible to get this repaired and back up. To access the fitness center or community center you will need a physical keycard that was activated prior to this week.

UPDATE- It is back open for your enjoyment!

Original: Due to a mechanical issue, the outdoor pool at the Aquatic Center will remain closed until Wednesday, May 20, while repairs are completed. The necessary parts have been ordered and will be installed as soon as they arrive.

In the meantime, the indoor pool at the Aquatic Center, as well as the Swim & Tennis and Grand Point pools, remain open for your enjoyment.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

🎉 Great News! 🎉

Our maintenance staff was able to get the Grand Point Pool open early — the pool is now OPEN!
🕘 Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Additional pool opening dates:
📍 Swim & Tennis Pool and the Aquatic Center Outdoor Pool will open Friday, May 15th
📍 Bittersweet Pool will open Friday, May 22nd

Thank you to our maintenance team for their hard work getting everything ready for the season.

Notice to Property Owners

Due to recent social media posts, the Four Seasons Lakesites Property Owners Association would like to clarify current Association activities.

The Association has not hired any outside company to photograph individual homes within the community. Any representatives of the management company on Association property will be operating clearly identified vehicles.

The Association has, however, engaged a contractor to perform testing of individual wastewater treatment systems in the Treeline Lake area. This contractor will also be in a marked vehicle. This work was previously communicated directly to affected property owners and included in the Association’s newsletter.
