Looking for a Free Car Seat Program for Fulton County Residents?
Fulton County Public Health offers car seat installation checks and free car seats to qualifying residents.
Free Car Seat Check Clinics are held every Wednesday from 10am-noon at Fulton County Public Health Department. Call us at 518-736-5720 to make an appointment.

We have options to meet your needs.
🏡 Expectant families, infants, and toddlers under 3 can take advantage of our once a week, in home Home-Based program.
🏫 Toddlers 18mos to 3 can join the daily fun in our Whitehall, Cambridge, River Street, or Dix Avenue Early Head Start Centers.
🏫 Preschoolers 3 to 5 also get to join in the daily Center-Based fun at all four of the centers above, AND at our Granville Center, too!
