Happy Sunday!

Our third highlight horse of the season is
one of our originals.

Donated in November of 2019- Coolan is a 26 year old Irish sport gelding-pre retirement he was a very talented 3 day event horse. He was brought to HPM for his second part of life.

He has been a constant easy going horse our "ole-faithful" - easy going and always ready to please. We remain so grateful for him and the fact that he remains regulated and "cool" daily. Our gentle giant.

Because of his temperament he is used often with our session kiddos and is a bridge to building confidence in their horsemanship abilities.

Coolan is a wonderful horse and friend gets along so well with everyone horses and people 😎🐴

Block 2 will resume on 6/17-7/25

Meet Katin😎
Katin has been here at HPM for 3 years- he actually attended a song writing 🎶retreat that was held on the property-once he found out what HPM was about he energetically dove all in.

His easy going, sincere, relaxed and centered personality has been a hit with the session kiddos-horses-and team and makes it easy for his mentees to feel connected to - heard and valued.

We remain so grateful for the commitment he has kept with us even through his super busy schedule.

We remain so honored to be able to witness the hand selected souls brought to us for HIS program.

Thank you Katin and to each one of our ranch team -volunteers- and mentors.

That’s a wrap for Wednesday’s Block 1…
Reminded today of Gods willingness to wait for us in seasons of transition. That we are all on our own journey.. and we all have special gifts that he wants to use in our lives to help others.
Mentoring children actually is such a gift to us- the mentors. We get to be a part of watching God transform a child right before our eyes.
He has GOOD plans for us!

HPM received a new horse today
Meet Duke.
His sweet owners, Jeff & Debi wanted to see Duke live out his retirement with purpose. Duke used to be a mounted police horse. He would also mountain camp with his owner. We are so proud to be the caretakers of this beautiful 23 year old buckskin boy.
On a personal note: Duke is my heart horse. What has been in my dreams.

Duke was originally purchased at the same place Oreo was found. And Oreos precious owner and Dukes owner know each other. This makes us extremely happy because Oreo is the King. And Duke… must be the prince.
