What a BEAUTIFUL 8th Season Finale. Our Family Fall Fest: wind/fire/rain opened up to a perfect day. VICTORY!
Thank you to HPM Board members, Staff, volunteers, session families, and donors.
We really celebrated victory in families lives.

HPM finished the last sessions of the year. Our Mentors & children have had their last ride of season 8.
Our finale party on Saturday.
What a year! The Lord is so kind to give us these special moments with these kids.
