We can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow!! Here are a few reminders for the Back to School Fair!! 🙌🏼📚✏️✂️📓📏🌟
🖍️Students and parents may begin to line up no earlier than 8 AM
🖍️Numbered bracelets will be given to each student upon arrival - there will be no space saving in line
🖍️All back packs & supplies will be handed out between 10 and 12, on a first come first serve basis and while supplies last
🖍️Students must be present with parent/guardian in order to receive supplies
🖍️Supplies will be given based on child’s enrollment (meaning, if they’re in kindergarten; they’ll be getting kinder items)
🖍️ There’s no guarantee that the entire supply list for each student will be fulfilled as we rely on donations from individuals, churches and businesses, and we will do our best to make sure each student has the basic supplies
🖍️The haircuts are also first come first serve, and the last haircut will begin at 11:45
🖍️Students will receive their backpacks and then move to each table for their supplies. When you arrive at each table, you will give your school name and your grade to the table volunteer so that they can give you the correct supplies
🖍️If there are supplies that a student does not need, you may decline them. Supplies are not to be re-sold.
