Did you know that you can give to North Texas Giving Day through the end of September??

Did you know you can give thru either North Texas Giving Day or thru our Zeffy link and either way is 100% deductible!!

Did you know that if you are unable to donate monetarily that we also need volunteers to help plan, prep & execute our programs & events successfully?

Lake Cities HOPE operates entirely through the generosity of local businesses, individual donors, and community volunteers who give their time to support each of our programs.
We work with local churches to make sure the families & children in the Lake Cities have food to eat and gifts for Christmas!

We work with the schools to facilitate a canned food drive, fulfilling student community service hours & offering students the needed supplies to make their school year successful.

Every board member serves unpaid because they believe in the programs & the impact Lake Cities HOPE brings to underserved families and children in our area. We believe in helping other people elevate to rise above & we need your help!

Would you consider giving to North Texas Giving Days?

Hello! We are Lake Cities HOPE (Helping Other People Elevate). We are located in Denton County, North Texas. Our primary area of focus is Lake Dallas, Hickory Creek, Shady Shores and Corinth. (We do welcome other cities into many of our programs when we can!) When asked

We can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow!! Here are a few reminders for the Back to School Fair!! 🙌🏼📚✏️✂️📓📏🌟

🖍️Students and parents may begin to line up no earlier than 8 AM
🖍️Numbered bracelets will be given to each student upon arrival - there will be no space saving in line
🖍️All back packs & supplies will be handed out between 10 and 12, on a first come first serve basis and while supplies last
🖍️Students must be present with parent/guardian in order to receive supplies
🖍️Supplies will be given based on child’s enrollment (meaning, if they’re in kindergarten; they’ll be getting kinder items)
🖍️ There’s no guarantee that the entire supply list for each student will be fulfilled as we rely on donations from individuals, churches and businesses, and we will do our best to make sure each student has the basic supplies
🖍️The haircuts are also first come first serve, and the last haircut will begin at 11:45
🖍️Students will receive their backpacks and then move to each table for their supplies. When you arrive at each table, you will give your school name and your grade to the table volunteer so that they can give you the correct supplies
🖍️If there are supplies that a student does not need, you may decline them. Supplies are not to be re-sold.

Thank you to everyone that has given! We could not do it without you!

But we still need your help! We are still seeking donations for our annual Lake Cities HOPE Back Pack Fair. Last year we were able to provide backpacks, school supplies, a new pair of shoes and lunch to nearly 400 local kiddos! Please help us take care of the kiddos for the 26/27 school year!
All monetary donations are tax deductible.
