Rotary was honored to welcome Ashlee Combee, a 17-year-old dual enrollment student at Florida Gateway College and Miss Northeast Florida’s Teen, as our guest speaker this morning.

Ashlee shared the inspiring work behind her nonprofit, Paw’sitive Change National Foundation Inc., where she promotes emotional support animal awareness and mental health advocacy through outreach and her book Bentley Makes It Better. 🐾

Through her efforts, Ashlee creates stuffed animal care bags and hosts adoption events to bring comfort and connection to others—truly making a difference in our community.

📖✨ Here’s a snapshot of some of our Rotarians participating in Rotary Readers! They had the joy of visiting classrooms right here in our wonderful community, sharing stories and demonstrating the importance of reading. Each child received a copy of the book that was read aloud, helping promote a love of reading at an early age. We’re proud to support young readers and lifelong learning! 💙📖

The Rotary Club of Lake City was proud to welcome the Ft. White Band for some festive holiday tunes that truly set the spirit of the season! We also celebrated our 2025 Christmas Parade winners:
