🇺🇸 ONLY 2 WEEKS TO GO! 🏁

The countdown is officially on! We’re just two weeks away from our 9/11 Remembrance Race and the end of our summer break!

We’re ready to fire the track back up, see some familiar faces, welcome some new racers, and get back to doing what we love. 🏎️💨

This is more than just our first race back—it’s an opportunity to come together as a racing community and honor and remember the heroes and lives lost on September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸

We can’t wait to see everyone back at the track. Get those cars ready, charge those batteries, and let’s make our first race back one to remember!

🏁 WHO’S READY TO SHOW OFF THOSE NEW LOSI LATE MODELS?! 🏁

Good evening, racers! With all the excitement surrounding the new Losi Late Model, we want to know — who’s planning to bring one out and race with Lake City RC Club?! 🔥

We’ve already had a couple of our racers show theirs off, and these cars are looking AWESOME! If you’re planning to race your Losi Late Model with us at our 9/11 Remembrance Race on September 13th, drop a picture in the comments and SHOW THAT CAR OFF! 📸🏎️

Let’s see the paint schemes, numbers, and setups you’ll be bringing to the track! We’d love to see how many of these new Late Models we can get lined up for their first big showing with the club.

As a reminder, we still have a few weeks of summer break remaining, but we’re already looking forward to getting back to the track on September 13th! We can’t wait to see everyone again for another exciting season of fun, family-friendly RC racing. Enjoy the rest of your summer, and we’ll see you at the track soon!

Attention Racers!

As we get ready to return to racing, please take a few minutes to review the rules for your class on our website.

We have officially added the rules for the Losi Late Model class, as well as made a few updates to the Traxxas Modified/Late Model class. Effective immediately, this class will now run:

* Stock gearing (86/23)
* Stock Traxxas TQ transmitter and receiver (RX/TX)

These updates are intended to help keep the class competitive, affordable, and welcoming for both our regular racers and those visiting from other tracks.

Please make sure your car is race legal before our next event so we can spend more time racing and less time making adjustments at the track.

We appreciate everyone’s support and cooperation, and we can’t wait to see you all back at the track for another great day of fun, family-friendly racing!

🏁 Exciting News for Late Model Fans! 🏁

With the release of the new Losi RTR Late Model, we’re excited to announce that Lake City RC Club will be adding a dedicated Late Model class beginning with our next race on September 13th—provided we have 3 or more entries.

To keep the competition close and affordable, the rules will be simple:
✅ All cars must remain 100% stock
✅ The only permitted changes will be shock oil and differential grease/oil

The complete rules will be posted on our website before race day.

We can’t wait to see these new Late Models battling it out on the track. If you’ve been thinking about picking one up, now is the perfect time to get it preordered!

We’ll see everyone back at the track on September 13th for another great day of family-friendly RC racing. Thank you for your continued support—we’re looking forward to an exciting new class!
