Break the Silence: Addiction thrives in secrecy and shame. The enemy wants to keep you isolated. He wants to keep you thinking that you don’t have a way out.. But that is a lie!!
There is a way out and there is Life after addiction! A life full of Love, Joy, Hope, Peace and so much more.

The Butterfly Transformation House is a non-profit transitional facility located in Laconia, IN. These are faith-based transitional homes that give men and women the tools needed to transition from addiction to recovery and become healed and productive members of society.

The homes provide a safe, structured environment to study God’s word and to learn basic life skills necessary to become healthy and whole. The residents take part in a 12 step Christian program that provides a foundation toward building a new transformed life. Currently there are 4 men's houses and 1 woman's house. The program is a 6 month stay.

Addiction is not just about the physical cravings. It is also a spiritual battle. The Bible makes it clear that we fight not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces. If you want to know how to overcome addiction with God, you have to understand that the fight is bigger than what you see.

The devil knows your weak points. He uses temptation, cravings, and old habits to pull you back. For some, it is alcohol. For others, it is p**n, s*x, or drugs. Whatever the trap, the goal is the same. To convince you that you will never change and that you will always be stuck.

The Bible says the devil prowls like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. And that’s what addiction is… satan’s trap. The lies tell you you’re too weak, too dirty, too far gone. The world makes it sound normal, even glamorous.
But deep down, every addict knows the truth: this isn’t life. It’s a slow death.

There comes a moment when you have to decide. Will you keep living in the same cycle of addiction, or will you trust God to give you a new life?

The Bible says that if the Son sets you free, you are free indeed. That freedom is not just about walking away from drugs, alcohol, or s*xual sin. It is about being restored in your spirit. It is about finding your true identity as a child of God.

Breaking free means looking at your past and refusing to let it define you. It means repentance, turning away from the devil’s lies and stepping into the truth of Scripture. It means learning to pray, leaning on your church, and building a new habit of walking with the Holy Spirit every day.

If you feel like it is impossible, remember this. What is impossible with man is possible with God. You can be set free. You can live a new life. You can step into the freedom that God’s love offers, not just for today but for eternity.

The Time is NOW ⏰❗️⏰❗️
There are battles that rage quietly behind closed doors – battles no one sees, battles fought at kitchen tables, in parked cars, and bedrooms at 2:00 a.m. when the house is silent and the cravings are loud. Addiction whispers that it owns you, tells you this is who you are, and that there is no way out. But addiction does not have the final say; God does!!!!!

Yes, there are practical steps that help. Many have found structure and support through 12-step programs and recovery groups. Community matters; accountability matters; wisdom matters. These tools can be a mercy, but the deepest transformation does not come from willpower alone; it comes from surrender.

There is a power greater than craving, and there is a name greater than any chain. When a heart truly cries out to God – not casually, not halfway, but broken and desperate – heaven responds. The same God who parted seas, shut the mouths of lions, and raised the dead is not intimidated by addiction.

He does not roll his eyes at relapse; He does not turn away from the ashamed. He steps toward the bound and says, 'Come.' Addiction works by wrapping chains around the mind, the body, and the soul. It convinces you that you need what is killing you, rewires desire, distorts comfort, and builds alters to false relief.

But when God moves in, He does not merely manage behavior; He performs heart surgery. Scripture says He gives us a new heart and a new spirit – that is not poetry, that is power. He can change the appetite; He can alter the taste. The very thing that once felt irresistible can begin to lose its pull. That rush that once controlled you can begin to feel hollow, and in its place comes a hunger for what is pure, steady, and life-giving. What once satisfied now repels; what once seemed boring now becomes treasure. Reach out to the one that can truly set you free.. JESUS.❤️❤️❤️
