Farmstrong has brewed up something special: a lime pilsner called “Ethan’s Zest Intentions!” We love it and, given that it sold out in no time this weekend, we know others will love it too.

“Ethan’s Zest Intentions” lime pilsner will be featured at Farmstrong’s summer fundraiser for Ethan’s Smile Foundation. This is going to be a really fun event, so mark your calendars and join us in raising a glass to Ethan while raising funds for next year’s scholarship recipients!

Date: Saturday, August 15, 2026
Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Outdoor Beer Garden at Farmstrong Brewing Co.
Audience: All ages, dog-friendly

This event is the after party for Hoop for the Valley’s 3v3 Tournament, which is title-sponsored by Ethan’s Smile Foundation. There will be live music by Minimum Wage Band, an onsite food truck, and fun raffles. Open to the public!

We celebrated our “Scholarship Class of 2026” last night at Conway School, where Ethan attended school from kindergarten through 8th grade. Ethan’s retired middle school basketball jersey, framed and hanging in the gym, watched over the ceremony. It is always a bittersweet event, but an honor to know Ethan’s life will continue impacting the future of others for years and years to come.

We also want to congratulate the students who were unable to attend due to their participation in the state golf tournament. Ethan loved golf and we’re sure he would have happily given these students an excused absence. ;) Well wishes to these “above-par” students: Jackson Bonham, Olivia Burton, Lacey Cooley, Annalise Horton, Caitlyn Horton, and Molly Thompson!

And THANK YOU to everyone who has made these scholarships possible! We couldn’t do this without you!

The Ethan’s Smile 2026 scholarship window closes on April 15th! If you or someone you know wants to submit an application, consider these FAQs:

Q: Where can I find the scholarship?
A: The scholarship can be downloaded from our website
www.ethanssmile.org/ethan-chapin-scholarship

Q: How do I know if I’m eligible for the scholarship?
A: All eligibility criteria is listed on the cover page of the application.

Q: What happens if my application isn’t received on April 15th?
A: As stated on the application cover page, “Applications postmarked on or after this date will not be considered.”

Q: Can I email my application?
A: No, sorry. As stated on the application cover page, “Emailed applications will not be considered.”

Q: Is there anything else that is helpful to know?
A: Many questions can be answered by reading the cover page of the scholarship application. When getting ready to submit your application, carefully read and adhere to the directions under “Organizing Your Application for Submission” on page 3.
