🐾❤️ ONE WOMAN MANY PAWS — WE WANT TO GIVE BACK! ❤️🐾

I truly could NOT do what I do without the amazing people who continue to support One Woman Many Paws. Every bag of food, can of wet food, litter, monetary donation, and wishlist purchase helps me keep going and helps the animals in my care. 🐶🐱

So starting this month, I want to start giving back to the people who give so much to us! 🥹❤️

If you purchase something from our wishlist or make a donation, PLEASE leave your name and phone number with your donation so I can make sure I have a way to contact you.

Each month, we’ll be doing a Supporter Giveaway, where one of our supporters can receive one of these thank-you prizes:

🐾 A FREE pet groom
🐾 A FREE TNR for one community cat of your choice
🐾 A gift card to another small business in town

I want to be able to recognize the people who continuously show up for One Woman Many Paws and help us keep saving lives. ❤️

Already donated this month?
If you purchased something from the wishlist or donated and forgot to leave your name and phone number, PLEASE MESSAGE ME! I don’t want anyone to be left out simply because they forgot to include their information. 🥰

🏠 URGENT HOUSING NEEDED — 7 DAYS TO FIND A HOME 🏠

** boxes totes** needed for packing anyone have any

I never thought I would have to make a post like this, but unfortunately, we are in a very difficult situation and could really use some help, advice, and connections.

A new owner purchased the property we currently live on and is evicting all of the previous tenants so they can remodel the property, raise the rent, and bring in new tenants. We went to court today, but unfortunately, we were not given enough additional time to secure another home. We now have to be completely moved out by Sunday.

As many of you know, I also do animal rescue, TNR, fostering, and grooming. I currently have animals in my care, so finding a rental that will allow all of them is extremely difficult. Most landlords have strict pet limits, and finding an affordable rental that will accommodate my situation on such short notice is proving to be incredibly challenging.

I am also looking into rent-to-own options, but unfortunately, many places don’t offer that anymore. Another possibility would be purchasing a home, but realistically, I would need something $100,000 or less so that the monthly payment would actually be affordable for me.

I completely understand that finding a home in just seven days is a huge ask and that housing is extremely difficult right now. However, if anyone knows of:

🏠 A rental that allows multiple animals
🏠 A temporary place we could stay while I continue searching
🏠 A rent-to-own property
🏠 A small home for sale under $100,000
🏠 A private landlord willing to work with someone with animals
🏠 Someone who has a property sitting empty
🏠 Or ANY other housing resources or leads that may help

Please reach out to me. Even if you don’t personally have a place, sharing this post could help it reach someone who does.

I am not looking for anything fancy. I just need a safe, affordable place where I can keep a roof over our heads and continue caring for the animals that depend on me.

I know this is a huge time crunch, but I’m going to do everything I can over the next seven days to make something work.

If you have a lead, recommendation, or temporary solution, please message me. ❤️ And please share this post if you can. Every share could potentially put it in front of the right person.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and the animals through everything. I truly appreciate it more than you know. Now I put it into Gods hands and pray for something better. 🐾❤️

🐾Amazon Wish List DONATIONS🐾

First, I just want to say thank you to every single person who has supported One Woman Many Paws this year. Whether you’ve donated, adopted, fostered, trapped a cat, shared a post, or simply cheered us on—you’ve made a real difference.

Today I’m sharing our Amazon Wish List because we’re running low on a few essentials that help keep everyone healthy and happy.

Right now we’re especially in need of:
🐱 Wet cat food
🐶 Wet dog food
🪢 Sisal rope to re-wrap a cat tree
🪱 Pyrantel dewormer
🌲Litter (Sadly more expensive then tractor supply)

A very kind couple recently donated a cat tree for our rescue cats, and I’m so grateful! The scratching posts are pretty worn out, so I added sisal rope to the wish list so I can re-wrap them and give the tree new life before the cats start using it.

At the moment we’re caring for:
🐶 6 rescue dogs
🐱 5 adult rescue cats
🐾 9 kittens
❤️ Plus 22 community cats in our managed outdoor colony.

Every single one of our colony cats has been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and cared for, helping prevent hundreds of future homeless kittens while giving these cats healthier, safer lives.

This year has been absolutely incredible. Together we’ve helped countless cats through TNR, rescued kittens that would’ve never had a chance, reunited pets with families, and celebrated so many happy adoptions. Every adoption means another life saved because it opens space for the next animal in need.

People often only see the cute adoption photos, but behind every success are countless hours of trapping, bottle feeding, cleaning, medicating, transporting animals to appointments, late-night emergency vet visits, fundraising, paperwork, and caring for animals that have nowhere else to go. It’s a labor of love, but it’s also a huge commitment.

Many of you know this has been a difficult year personally. Between vehicle problems, housing challenges, family situations, and trying to keep up with rescue and TNR, life hasn’t slowed down. I’m also working toward officially becoming a nonprofit. it’s one of my biggest goals. Some days I’m simply exhausted trying to balance everything, but giving up has never been an option because these animals still need someone to show up for them every single day.

Every can of food, every bag of supplies, every dollar donated, and every share of my posts helps lighten that load. No donation is ever too small. It all goes directly back into caring for the animals and continuing to provide affordable TNR, rescue, rehabilitation, and adoptions throughout our community and the surrounding areas.

If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this post. Sometimes one share reaches the person who can make all the difference.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in this mission and helping me continue to make a difference—one paw at a time. ❤️🐾

✨ Boogie’s Before & After Transformation! ✨

Meet Boogie, this handsome Standard Poodle! 🐩

Boogie came in for the full spa treatment and left looking like a brand-new boy! He got a full brush-out, bath, blowout, haircut, ear plucking, and nail trim—the complete makeover. ✂️🛁🐾

The craziest part? We filled an entire 40-gallon bag with hair! 🤯 I swear we groomed an entire second dog out of him! 😂

Standard Poodles have incredibly thick, curly coats that require regular grooming to stay healthy and comfortable. Boogie was an absolute gentleman throughout the entire groom, and his transformation was so rewarding to see. Now he’s feeling fresh, clean, comfortable, and looking as handsome as ever! 💙

Swipe to see his incredible before-and-after photos—you won’t believe it’s the same dog! 😍🐩✨

Need your pup groomed? Send me a message to get on the schedule! 🐾

Since my comment gets taken down every time I post about it

I just want to clarify, I was in Michigan this weekend because my grandparents were sick. It was over an hour away, and I honestly hadn’t planned on doing any cat rescue or TNR work while I was gone. Even so, I still offered to help.

I didn’t leave to head home until around 8:00–8:30 p.m., got a flat tire on the way, and didn’t make it back to Knox until around 1:00 a.m. I also had church this morning.

Despite all of that, I still responded and offered to help. So the post claiming that I ignored messages or didn’t respond simply isn’t true.

I am one person doing the best I can. I don’t have unlimited funds—I operate entirely on donations and the generosity of kind people from both this community and surrounding communities. I truly appreciate everyone who supports what I do.

If you ever need my help, please feel free to reach out. I’ll continue doing everything I can to help as many animals as possible.

🐱
Today’s grooming client was the biggest, fluffiest, and most beautiful cat I’ve ever groomed! Those gorgeous crystal-blue eyes stole my heart, and he was hands down one of the sweetest and easiest cats I’ve ever worked with.

Today’s spa day included:
✨ Nail trim
✨ Thorough Brush
✨ Blowout
✨ Sanitary trim
✨ Light tidy-up trim

And the result? A 13-gallon trash bag FULL of fur! 🤯 I don’t think I’ve ever seen that much hair come off one cat before! He has enough fluff for about three cats, but he was an absolute angel through the entire process.

Seeing all that loose undercoat come out means he’ll be so much more comfortable and have a much healthier coat. I love helping pets feel their best! ❤️🐾

Who else has a fluffy kitty that sheds enough fur to make another cat? 😂

Does anyone happen to have a box fan they aren’t using or no longer need? Mine just broke, and with this heat is pretty miserable. I’d be so grateful if anyone has one they would be willing to give or sell for cheap. Thank you so much! ❤️

🐾 Calling ALL One Woman Many Paws adopters! 🐾

If you’ve ever adopted a kitten, cat, puppy, or dog from me, I’d LOVE to see how they’re doing! ❤️

Drop your photos in the comments:
📸 The day you brought them home.
📸 A recent picture of what they look like now.
🐾 And don’t forget to tell everyone their name!

Watching these babies grow up and thrive in their forever homes is one of the most rewarding parts of rescue. Seeing your updates reminds me why I do this, even on the hard days.

Whether you’ve had them for a week, a month, or a year, I want to see them all! Feel free to share a little story about their personality too—I’d love to hear how they’ve settled into their new lives.

Let’s fill the comments with happy endings, adorable glow-ups, and lots of cute faces! Thank you to every single person who has opened their heart and home to one of my rescues. It truly means the world to me. ❤️🐾

I could really use a little pick-me-up today. ❤️ Seeing all of your happy endings and how much these babies have grown.

I’m so heartbroken to share that Pickle 🥒 didn’t make it.

When Pickle was adopted, no one had any idea he was fighting what appears to have been a very severe virus. He really didn’t show any obvious signs until the last couple days of his life. By the time symptoms became clear, the veterinarian did everything possible to try to save him, but despite every effort, he just couldn’t pull through.

Sometimes rescue is absolutely heartbreaking. We can vaccinate, treat, monitor, and love these kittens with everything we have, but some of them come into this world already fighting battles we can’t see. Outside kittens don’t choose this life, and they don’t deserve the suffering they’re born into.

The veterinarian went above and beyond trying to save Pickle, and the medical care totaled around $700. If anyone would like to help with those expenses, donations can be sent directly to:

PayPal: [email protected]

I’ll also tag her below.

Serena Middleborn

Thank you to everyone who loved Pickle, cheered him on, and gave him a chance. Even though his life was far too short, he was loved every single day. Please keep everyone involved in your thoughts as we mourn this sweet little boy. Rest easy, Pickle. 💔🐾

Looking for a friendly outdoor kitty! 🐱

Does anyone have a friendly outside cat that could use a home? I’m looking for a cat that’s social with people and could be an indoor/outdoor kitty without running off.

Please no feral cats—they need to be comfortable being handled and enjoy human attention.

If you know of one or have one that might be a good fit, send me a message with a picture and a little information about them. Thank you! ❤️
