Santa Gertrudis Music Parents Association - SGMPA We support all things music at Santa Gertrudis Academy High School especially the Mighty Lion Marching Band.

The Santa Gertrudis Music Parents Association is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to support the music students at Santa Gertrudis Academy High School - especially the award-winning Mighty Lion Marching Band. The Mighty Lion Marching Band has a proud legacy of excellence:
• 5-time UIL State Qualifier in the last six eligible years
• Top 20 Finalist at the 2024 UIL State Marching Band Cont

est (19th out of 231 Class 3A bands)
• Recognized for musicality, discipline, and heart on and off the field
