Kingsburg FFA Kingsburg FFA is a student run leadership development organization on the Kingsburg High School Campus.

We offer over 10 classes to choose from where students can develop their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success. Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live, Living to Serve.

Day 2 started with generators starting at 5:30 and students using work lights to get the job finished and ended in the dark tonight at the Champion Drive. Huge congratulations to Seth, Lucas, Levi, Kolby, Hunter and Mason for winning the California Youth Ag Expo Fabrication Contest in Tulare. This organization truly puts on amazing event each and every year for students from all over California. This year 19 teams entered the Fabrication Competition. Teams were tasked with building a 4x6 Santa Maria BBQ trailer from the given plans and materials. Students were also able to add additional features to their project but they needed to be fabricated onsite. A real challenge due to the 13.5 hour over 2 day time limit and the late morning and afternoon heat. These 6 students knocked it out of the park. They added a redwood side shelf on each side, a custom sign across the top (which can be swapped for a different sign or message) and added bearings to ensure a smooth crank. Over the course of 3 hours, students battled through generators running out of fuel, shield gas not covering welds and a set of tape measures that seemed to be inaccurate. Saturday evening it will sell at the Sale of Champions. Come check it out in person in Tulare! Thank you to CYAE for hosting the amazing event, Dexter Axles for their donation of trailer materials and all of the other organizations that helped to make this event successful.
