The Broker-Lawyer Committee (BLC) reviewed proposed revisions to TREC contract forms during its meeting this month, including changes related to property access, seller disclosures, and contract notice provisions.

The committee also discussed ways to clarify contract language and assigned additional review of several forms and addenda.

The Texas REALTORS Party & Leadership Summit is a wrap! ❤️💙

What a great opportunity for our FHAAR Board members to learn, grow, and strengthen their leadership skills!

From advocacy through TREPAC and Governmental Affairs to understanding board responsibilities, governance, and strategic planning, our leaders gained valuable knowledge to help guide our Association toward a successful year ahead.

But perhaps the most important takeaway wasn't just what they learned in the sessions. It was the opportunity to connect, build relationships, and grow stronger as a team.
