We had the joy of performing
for a very special event on July 10th and 11th at the National Geographic Museum, bringing to life the world premiere of a new work by our own Kassia composer Sam Post-his beautiful Clarinet Quintet “Red, White & Blue,” written for the gallery opening in commemoration of America’s 250th anniversary.
Thank you to everyone who attended and to the National Geographic Museum team for organizing such an amazing event. We encourage everyone to visit the gallery, now open to the public, and celebrate this special exhibition.

We had a great time last Saturday at our end-of-season concert. The program included Bernard’s Ephemera for clarinet and piano, Sam’s world-premiere sextet, and the Brahms Quintet, which sounded right at home in Redeemer’s beautiful space.

Our Kassia Kids also did a terrific job opening the concert, and we were glad to share a group photo with our 2026 Wammie Award for Best Classical Album.

Many thanks to The Episcopal Church of the Redeemer for hosting us so generously and for the lovely reception afterward.

✨Celebrate Brahms’ birthday month and the end of a wonderful season with us tonight! Enjoy Piano Quintet in F minor, Op. 34 by Johannes Brahms, the beautiful clarinet and piano work Ephemera by Bernard, and the world premiere of a new piece by Sam.
Concert begins at 7 PM, with a special Kassia Kids performance at 6:45 PM. Stay after for wine and cheese!
