Let’s celebrate our adoptions for this week! 🎉🐾

Yesterday at our Petco adoption event in Pasco, TEN cats and kittens found their forever families! Watching our babies go home with loving adopters is what makes all the long nights, bottle feedings, vet visits, and foster care so worth it. ❤️

This weekend, all of our mama cats are just $125! 💕

These amazing girls have spent months caring for their babies, and now it’s finally their turn to be spoiled, loved, and treated like the queens they are. 🐾

Every one of these moms has a story — they protected their kittens, helped them grow strong, and watched them head off to their forever homes. Now we want the same happy ending for them. 🏡

Did you know that Tri City Kitty Rescue is a foster-based rescue? 🐾

That means we do not have a physical shelter or business location. Instead, all of our kittens and cats are cared for in loving foster homes throughout the Tri-Cities area. ❤️

Why is this so important?

🏡 Our kittens grow up in a real home environment, helping them become comfortable with everyday sights, sounds, people, and other pets.

🐱 After completing their quarantine period, our kittens are not kept in cages. They get to run, play, snuggle, and socialize in their foster homes.

💲 Being foster-based also allows us to keep our operating costs lower than a traditional shelter, which means more of our donations go directly toward medical care, food, and supplies — and helps us save even more kittens.

Because we are foster-based, if you are surrendering an animal or completing an adoption outside of one of our adoption events, you will typically meet with one of our amazing foster families at their home.

We are so thankful for every foster who opens their home and heart to these kittens. They are truly the backbone of our rescue! 🩷

🎉 ELEVEN ADOPTIONS THIS WEEK! 🎉

Our hearts are so full! This week, 11 kittens found their forever homes through Tri City Kitty Rescue! 🐾❤️

Every adoption means another life changed — tiny paws now have warm beds, loving families, and bright futures ahead. Watching these kittens go from vulnerable little babies to cherished family members is what rescue is all about.

A huge thank you to our amazing fosters, volunteers, adopters, and supporters who make moments like this possible. Because of you, we can continue saying “yes” to more kittens in need.

While we celebrate these 11 happy endings, we still have many adorable kittens and cats waiting for their turn. You can view all of our adoptable pets on our website tricitykitty.org and complete adoptions from foster homes throughout the week!

🍼 Many of you saw our request for fosters earlier this week. We mentioned that we are especially in need of bottle baby fosters. Being a bottle baby kitten foster is one of the hardest — and most rewarding — things you can do.

When kittens are newborns, they depend on you for everything. That means feedings every 2–3 hours around the clock, helping them potty after every meal, keeping them warm, and watching them closely to make sure they are growing and thriving. Sleep schedules disappear for a little while, and the days can feel long.

But then the magic starts to happen. ✨

You get to witness milestones most people never see — their tiny eyes opening for the very first time, their wobbly first steps, their little personalities starting to shine through. You become their comfort, their safety, and their “mom.” Because of that, bottle babies often grow into the snuggliest, most affectionate kittens. ❤️

There is nothing quite like watching a fragile newborn grow into a healthy, playful kitten because of the love and care you gave them.

Bottle baby fostering takes dedication, but the reward is truly priceless. 🐾
