Lewis Families,
The PTA plays a huge role in making our school a great place for students, families, and staff. But we can't do it without volunteers like you!
We need to fill these key positions:
✅ 2 Presidents- Ensures the PTA follows its bylaws and stays organized, presides over meetings, and sets the agenda
✅ 2 Vice Presidents- Coordinates and oversees events, fundraisers, and programs. Fills in when the President is unavailable
✅ 1 Secretary- Taking detailed notes during meetings, maintaining official records, notifying members of upcoming meetings and events
✅ 1 Treasurer- Creating and maintaining the PTA budget, keeping accurate records of income and expenses, collecting and depositing funds
Without these roles filled, the events and programs our students love will not be possible. No experience is needed—just a willingness to help and be part of something great!
Being on the PTA is a fantastic way to:
✔️ Get involved in your child’s school experience
✔️ Connect with other parents and staff
✔️ Help shape school events and programs
