West Central Berks Fire Zone 4

West Central Berks Fire Zone 4 The West Central Berks Fire Zone 4 represents the member fire companies that make up Berks County, Pennsylvania's Fire Zone #4.

The purpose of this association shall be to assist in the coordination and education of the respective member fire depts. Member Departments:

🔥 B Platoon operating at this recent apartment building fire assisting Muhlenberg Township Fire & Rescue 66. Multiple elevated master streams were put into service to help extinguish the fire.

Last night members stood by at Wilson high school for the 2026 Graduation ceremony and the fireworks that followed. Congratulations Wilson High School Class of 2026!!

Vehicle Crash at Wernersville Road

On Monday morning June 1, TSFRS along with our partners from Western Berks Fire and Wyomissing Fire, were dispatched to a reported vehicle crash without injury but with fire. Based on updated information received, Deputy 85 recalled mutual aid while enroute and held Rescue Engine 85. Units arrived on location and confirmed no fire, that the occupant was out of vehicle and that the vehicle was in the yard of a home on Fritzown Road.

RE85 mitigated fluids, secured battery and did initial evaluation of the occupants. Assignment was subsequently placed available with no further service rendered.
