Summer Schedule!

Mondays - Beginners (Levels 0-1) 5-6:15
Tuesday & Thursday's (Level 2) 5-6:15pm
Monday - Thursday 6:15 - 8pm Advanced, High School, College, Level 3
Small Group Classes!
These classes are groups of 2-4 wrestlers in similar skill/size that can get technical drilling 2 days a week outside of our regular practices. These classes provide detailed focus on the techniques we work throughout the season with more hands-on, individualized coaching.

Strength & Conditioning
We are also offering organized Strength and Conditioning. These classes will be organized very similarly to the small group wrestling practices and will have a set time. For youth/elementary kids/Middle School, classes will largely focus on bodyweight-specific lifts—progressing to weights/kettlebell workouts depending on their experience and abilities. High schoolers will follow a more in-depth program. Strength & Conditioning will include a Friday class.
