We’re especially hoping to connect with folks who bring experience in:
✨ Fundraising, sponsorships, or donor development
✨ Youth development, education, or mentorship
✨ Arts and music programming
✨ Active nonprofit or community leadership
✨ Serving and advocating alongside diverse populations
More than anything, we’re looking for people who want to be involved: people with ideas, energy, leadership, and a genuine desire to help Radness grow into its next chapter.
Radness Ensues exists to create a safer, sober, inclusive space where people can make art, find community, access resources, and be themselves.
