🎤 SPEAKER SPOTLIGHT: DAVID WATTS!

We’re excited to welcome David Watts as our featured speaker for our October Chapter Meeting, HR on Purpose: Building Strategy Around People and Performance!

David is the Principal of WattsUp Human Resource Solutions, providing fractional HR leadership and HR strategy consulting throughout northern New England. He brings 20 years of experience across healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and nonprofit organizations, including Dartmouth Health, Simon Pearce, and Kendal at Hanover.

Throughout his career, David has held officer-level leadership roles and built his work around values including integrity, authenticity, discipline, fairness, and excellence.

David holds a Master of Science in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. He also completed the Chief Human Resource Officer program at the Wharton School’s Aresty Institute of Executive Education in 2024.
