Our mission is to teach and celebrate the interconnections between food, culture, health and sustainability. We envision a future where youth access world class training and education in a holistic and socially conscious environment. To achieve this, we are opening our first space: The Edible, i

n downtown Kailua Kona. It is a venue for events and performances. along with a community meeting place ,and cultural center. It will also house a co-op which will including a green grocer and market to showcase the fresh harvest and local products of Hawaii. The Edible will bridge the gaps between producers, practitioners, artist and consumers. Thus linking both locals and visitors to the food, art, culture, and science scenes of the Pacific region. EWI is committed to the highest business ethics and moral standards, along with the principles of collaboration and partnership.
