In the wake of Hurricane Lala, our hearts remain with the communities across Hawaiʻi Island who have been impacted.

We’re grateful to stand alongside our local partners at 365HawaiiIslandCommunityFund and The Food Basket, Inc. as they respond to immediate needs and support the road to recovery.

This month, Aloha Pass It On is proud to support the Alzheimer’s Association. 💜

Nominated by longtime Luana Hospitality Group manager Steve Kruger, this cause is deeply personal. Steve has lost three family members to Alzheimer’s and walks each year in their memory.

Throughout August, participating purchases at our restaurants help support the Alzheimer’s Association.

On Kauaʻi, Kumu's Cupboard gives K–12 educators access to free classroom supplies, books, and educational resources, helping teachers create engaging learning environments for their students.

This month, Chef Johnny Frascino of Lava Lava Beach Club visited co-founder Elyse Litvack to learn more about the organization's impact before presenting June's Aloha Pass It On donation.

🐴 July's Aloha Pass It On partner is Aloha Therapeutic Horsemanship! 💙

This month, every Aloha Pass It On entrée, tap, and featured item helps support an organization that's changing lives through the healing power of horses.

Aloha Therapeutic Horsemanship provides equine-assisted programs that help individuals build confidence, improve strength and balance, and create meaningful connections in a safe, supportive environment. Funds raised will help provide lesson subsidies and increase access for families in our community.

Since 2019, together with our guests, we've contributed over $416,000 to local nonprofits across Hawaiʻi—and we're just getting started.

This April, Aloha Pass It On supports the Hawaiʻi Island K9 Association 🐾

Behind every K9 team is a story of dedication, training, and an unbreakable partnership between handler and dog. These highly skilled teams serve communities across Hawaiʻi Island through search and rescue missions, public safety operations, and critical response situations.

From helping locate missing persons to assisting law enforcement, K9 units play a vital role in keeping our island safe. Through our Aloha Pass It On program, a portion of select menu items throughout April will help provide essential training, equipment, and resources that support these life-saving teams.

Since 2019, together we have contributed $393,415 to local nonprofits, thanks to the kindness and generosity of our guests.

🌺 This March, our Aloha Pass It On Charity of the Month is YWCA of Kauaʻi.

For more than 100 years, YWCA of Kauaʻi has supported families and individuals experiencing domestic and sexual violence through emergency housing, crisis services, and culturally responsive care.

Throughout the month, a portion of select menu items and beverages at Huggo's, On the Rocks, Kai Eats + Drinks, and Lava Lava Beach Club will be donated to support their work.

Aloha kākou 🌺 This December, our Aloha Pass It On partner is PETFIX, a local nonprofit bringing real change to our island community. By providing free spay and neuter services, PETFIX helps reduce pet overpopulation and keeps Hawaiʻi’s animals healthy, cared for, and loved.

Co-founded by sisters Beate and Bridget Neher, their team has already helped thousands of pets across the island, improving animal welfare and protecting our environment along the way. 🐾💙

Every selected entrée, pint, or Aloha Pass It On item you choose this month helps support their mission. A little kindness at the table becomes a big impact for our furry friends.
