What happens when some of our PAT cuties visits the children’s area at the Joplin Public Library? Lots of smiles, giggles, exploring, and FUN! 📚✨

Our little learners had a blast checking out books, discovering all the exciting things the children’s area has to offer, and making new memories with friends. The adventure got even better during story time, where little imaginations soared and everyone was captivated by the wonderful stories! 🌟📖

We loved seeing curious minds at work and happy faces around every corner.

🌬️🚶‍♀️☀️ What a wonderful morning for our Joplin Parents as Teachers Walking Group!

The wind may have been strong, but it didn't stop our families from getting outside, connecting with one another, and enjoying a healthy start to the day. We were excited to partner with the Alliance for valuable car seat safety information and resources for families. Safety is always a priority, and we appreciate their support!

Congratulations to the **Grillot family**, who were the winners of a **$25 gift card** from the Alliance drawing held during our June 3 Walking Group! 🎉👏

We also want to thank the **Jasper County Health Department** for joining us and sharing important information about lead education and keeping children safe and healthy.

A big thank you to all the families who have walked with us throughout the season. ❤️

📅 **Don't forget—next week is our FINAL Walking Group of the season!** We'd love to see everyone come out one last time to walk, visit, and celebrate another great year together.

Byers Avenue UMC, in partnership with the Alliance of SW Missouri, will once again be distributing free fresh produce on Monday, July 13th at 5:30 p.m. The church is located at 1730 S. Byers Ave. in Joplin. Food will be distributed in the church parking lot on a first come, first serve basis. Please help spread the word!

As the days get longer and the schedules get a little more relaxed, our page will be taking on a slower summer pace. 🌻
