Want to help but short on time this year? Pick up a pre made dessert and drop it off from 1-6 Wednesday afternoon at St Bernard’s Auditorium!!! Donated desserts don’t have to be fancy or homemade. We love pies, cupcakes, and cookies from the store!! All we ask is non-refrigerated in a disposable container!!!

PLEASE SHARE——ATTENTION: Due to high demand we are having to stop pre orders for delivery tomorrow night (11/18) at midnight. This is for both phone and online orders. We will have a limited number of day of orders to be picked up or eaten in house that can be given out on a first come first serve basis. DAY OF ORDERS WILL BE GIVEN OUT AFTER ALL DELIVERY ORDERS HAVE BEEN FILLED!! If you are getting a meal day of please do not arrive before 10:15 as we have limited room to get the deliveries out.

Please limit to one order per address. We have many needing meals and have a 6 meal limit per address. We have had multiple people make multiple orders on the online form and call in and make additional orders. Duplicate orders are deleted.

This year is shaping up to be our biggest year and we need your help!!! Whether it is picking up a package of cookies at the store, making grandmas treasured pie recipe, making one delivery, or serving all morning each task is equally important. Please share with family, co-workers, and friends to help our community.

There is no sign up for volunteers. Just show up with a smile and jump in on a task that interests you. We do ask that those under 14 not scoop the food but are more than welcome to participate in other jobs as a family.

One of the most important and most overlooked jobs is sitting and talking with those who are by themselves so that they are not alone on Thanksgiving

Update— we have reached our number of pre-order meals for delivery. We will have a limited number of meals day of on a first come first serve basis. Day of meals will NOT be given out until pre order meals are filled.

Online orders are up!! We will be taking online orders from now until we reach 1,800 meals or Nov 25 at midnight, whichever comes first!!
