AAF Northeast Arkansas The American Advertising Federation protects and promotes the well-being of advertising.

We accomplish this through a unique, nationally coordinated grassroots network of advertisers, agencies, media companies, local advertising clubs and college chapters What We Do —
• Bring members together to yield creative business solutions.
• Protect and promote advertising at all levels of government through grassroots activities.

And for our final board year introduction, meet Kendra Neill, who will be serving as our Website Chair!

Kendra’s favorite color is pink, and she loves painting. She’ll never say no to a good cup of coffee! When we asked what inspires her, she said, “Art museums at night with classical music in my earbuds.” Honestly, we can’t think of a better answer.

We’re so excited to have Kendra serving as our Website Chair this year and can’t wait to see how she helps keep our digital home looking fresh, creative, and connected!

Next up in our new board year introductions is our Creative Team! Meet My Huynh, Lydia Strickland, and Charlee Hounihan, who will be working alongside our Communications Chair to be the heart behind all things creative and design this year!

My’s favorite color is blue, and she loves building Legos and hiking. She’ll never say no to a fun board game night! When we asked what inspires her, she said photography inspires her to preserve meaningful moments and reveal the beauty people often overlook.

Lydia’s favorite color is pink, and she loves baking, especially during the fall and winter. She’ll never say no to a last-minute trip and absolutely loves to travel! She finds inspiration in creation and all the beautiful things nature has to offer.

Charlee’s favorite color is sage green, and she loves illustrating, especially fan art inspired by whatever she’s reading, playing, or watching at the moment. She’ll never say no to ice cream, no matter what kind or where it’s from! She’s inspired by working with other creatives, bouncing ideas off one another, and seeing how everyone brings their own perspective to a project.

We’re so excited to have My, Lydia, and Charlee on our Creative Team this year. We can’t wait to see how they bring our ideas to life and help shape the creative look and feel of our AAF community!

We are trucking along with our our new board year introductions, and we are so happy to introduce you to our Programs Team! Meet London Box and Tessah Luebke, who will be serving as our Programs Co-Chairs this year!

London’s favorite color is that first spring green that leans just a little yellow. She’s been trying to add more “whimsy” into her life lately, and she’ll never say no to a cup of coffee, especially a good old-fashioned drip coffee. When we asked what inspires her, she mentioned everything from beautifully handcrafted pieces and color to the magical intersection of spirituality and creativity. She’s also inspired by people who are passionate about whatever it is they love, whether that’s their career, family, hobbies, or even trains!

Tessah’s favorite color is pink, and she enjoys writing and podcasting. She’ll never say no to a nice walk on a good day or a stop at IV Kings Coffee. What inspires her? Creating a creative community and coming up with fun new events in Jonesboro!

We’re so excited to have London and Tessah leading our Programs team this year and can’t wait to see all the creative events and experiences they bring to our AAF community!

Next up in our new board year introductions is our Photography Team! Meet Nicole Frakes, who will be serving as our Photography Chair, and Serena Hankins, who will be serving as our Photography Co-Chair and AAAwards Co-Chair!

Nicole’s favorite color is purple, and she loves origami. She’ll never say no to arts and crafts or anything chocolate! When we asked what inspires her, she said her daughter, photography, nature, and so many other things. We love that photography gives Nicole a creative way to capture the things and people that inspire her!

Serena’s favorite color is pink, and in her free time, she enjoys sewing and oil painting. She’ll never say no to coffee! When we asked what inspires her, she said, “People who are go-getters. They wake up every day with a great attitude and get to work.” We think that’s a pretty great mindset to bring to the board!

We’re so excited to have Nicole and Serena serving on our board this year and can’t wait to see the moments they capture and the creativity they bring to our AAF community!

Next up in our new board year introductions is Chloe Wallis, who will be serving as our Public Service Chair!

Chloe’s favorite color is red. She loves bowling, playing on her PlayStation 5 (especially Mortal Kombat and Minecraft), and illustrating on her iPad! She’ll never say no to a trip to Lemonade House Grill, a Twisted Flamingo from Sonic, or an energy drink from Shadrachs or 7 Brew. We can’t blame her!

When we asked what inspires her, Chloe shared that she loves getting around a table with other creative minds and bouncing ideas off one another. She said it’s both inspiring and energizing, and we think that’s a pretty perfect description of what this AAF board is all about! She also gets some of her best ideas at 2 a.m. in bed, when she grabs a sketchbook to write them down. We love a creative mind that never really turns off!

Rylie’s favorite color is pink. She describes herself as having grandma hobbies which include reading, crafting, and embroidery. She’ll never say no to a random drive with someone she loves spending time with. When we asked what inspires her, her answer was simple: her community.

We are so excited to have Rylie serving as our Communications Chair this year and can’t wait to see all the ways she helps keep our community connected!

Sophie’s favorite color is green. She loves a good yap session, and she’ll never say no to a board game night! When we asked what inspires her, she said, “My people inspire me. I am who I am because of the love, laughter, wisdom, and courage they’ve poured into me.” We love that answer and think it says a lot about Sophie and the people she surrounds herself with.

Next up in our new board year introductions are our Diversity Chair, Tracey Steele, and Co-Chair, Ca Nguyen!

Tracey’s favorite colors are green, purple, and teal, with a special love for purple, green, and gold because of her love for Mardi Gras! She loves journaling, memory keeping and planner work, and also enjoys making jewelry. Something she’ll never say no to? Going for coffee and catching up with friends! When we asked what inspires Tracey, she shared that her family and friends who have become family inspire her, along with her husband, daughters, nieces and nephews, her friends, this board, and her AAF family across D10 and the country. We love the heart she brings to everything she does!

Ca’s favorite color is green, and she loves gardening. 🌱 She’ll never say no to traveling, especially if a drink from Shadrach's is involved! When we asked what inspires her, she said she’s always thinking about how she can be included and meet new people. We love that, and we’re excited to have Ca bringing that welcoming spirit to our board.

Kristina’s favorite color is green. 💚 She loves traveling and experiencing new places, and she’ll never say no to a good plate of chips and queso! When we asked what inspires her, her answer was, “Leaders who lead by example instead of by title.” We couldn’t agree more, and we’re so excited to have Kristina bringing that mindset to our board this year.

Next up in our new board year introductions is Mackenzie Dodd, who will be serving as our Vice President and AAA Awards Chair!

Mackenzie’s favorite color is blue. She loves playing Mahjong, and she’ll never say no to an iced coffee and a trip to TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, or Target! When we asked what inspires her, she said, “Creating experiences that bring people together. I am at my happiest hosting a fun get together or just simply spending quality time with people I love!” We think that says a lot about the kind of person she is and the energy she brings to our board.

We are so excited to have Mackenzie serving as our Vice President and AAA Awards Chair this year! Everyone say hi!
