We had such a great October meeting. Thank you to Emily Ague with Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom for coming to present the bushel of Ag books that our club won in a drawing. They will be put to good use sharing agriculture with Jones students. Then see had fun building catapults to see how far we can chunk some pumpkins. Fun was had by all. Great way to celebrate National 4-H Week.

Some amazing members of Jones 4-H and Jones FFA shared their love of agriculture with several classes at the Jones Elementary School during the Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom Reading Accurate Ag Books. They always love the interesting questions and statements that the kids share with them. Thank you Principal Aimee Dean-Wilson for allowing them to share their knowledge with your students.

🌟 Join us for the 4K for 4‑H Benefit Run! 🌟
Oklahoma County 4‑H is hosting a community‑wide 4K on October 10, 2026 at Choctaw Creek Park during Oklahoma 4‑H Month and National 4‑H Week. All ages are welcome; you do not have to be in 4‑H to participate!

Run to support youth programming, the Ronald McDonald House, or wildlife conservation efforts in Oklahoma. Registration is $20 per runner.

Our back-to-school 4-H meeting will be tomorrow night, August 4th, at the JHS Ag Classroom at 6 pm. We will have fun and games with a sweet treat. Hope to see everyone there!

Jones 4-H and FFA members had a great time volunteering at the Jones Cemetery this week putting out flags on veteran's graves for Memorial Day. It is a pleasure to be able to help out the Jones Oddfellows, who are generous sponsors of our organization. We wish everyone a safe and happy Memorial Day. 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
