Since 1934, duck stamp dollars have paid for the protection of millions of acres of Prairie Pothole wetlands. Your grandad’s duck stamp paid for this protection. So have yours. And so should your kids. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is considering weakening drainage restrictions for these protected wetlands.
