This weekend is a perfect time to put the finishing touches on the OABCIG DFS Scholarship! Use your time wisely to proofread and make sure you have included all the activities you were involved in. Be specific with hours/activities. Don’t just list church- list the specific like usher, greeter, reader and list the time you spent. Your extra effort will help your final score. All the DFS Foundation board members encourage you to represent yourself well. TSKE THE TIME!! FILL OUT THE SCHOLARSHIP!! Do something meaningful for yourself.

OABCIG Dollars for Scholars applications are due March 15th! Every senior should take filling out this application seriously. Every student that fills out an application receives scholarship funds! Even if you don’t plan on continuing your education after graduation there is still opportunity for you to utilize your awarded funds. You have a two year period of time to use your first year scholarship! Plans change- new opportunities present themselves- dont sell yourself short by not filling out the form! The DFS members want to be encouragers- we love seeing students reaching their goals. Your educational opportunities are endless!!! TAKE THE TIME- FILL OUT THE APPLICATION!!

2025 graduates!! There are only a few that need to accept your scholarship online before JUNE 15th. DO IT!!
2022, 2023 and 2024 graduates just need to mail in their appropriate paper payment vouchers by June 15. These must be sent in each year you are attending!

Hike Bike packets have been delivered to all OABCIG schools. The deadline to return packets is March 21. All donations go towards scholarships for OABCIG students.

Dollars for Scholars Scholarship application will close this Saturday, March 15,2025.use this last week to proofread your scholarship and add any additional information on your school/community activities. Need help? Contact any Dollars for Scholars board member or Mr. Chizek.

OABCIG Dollars for Scholars is having their annual Pancake Brunch at the Odebolt Community Center this Sunday, January 19th from 9 AM to 1 PM. All proceeds go towards scholarships for OABCIG students.

2024 OABCIG DOLLARS FOR SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS
Remember the envelope you received at Awards Night?
You need to open that envelope, read the directions, ACCEPT YOUR SCHOLARSHIP ON LINE and SEND IN YOUR VOUCHER !
Payment cannot be sent until the voucher is received. The deadline to send in the voucher is JUNE 15.
Vouchers can be accepted after that date but it is strongly encouraged to send it in as soon as possible.
