We've got such terrific news on our sisters Greta & Ingrid! Greta (the one laying down) went to FHRNE & was adopted. Two weeks later Ingrid went up & was adopted by the same nice man! They will get to stay together from now own! We'd like to thank FHRNE for making that possible...we couldn't be happier for them!!! ---Dawn & Debbie

Two young sisters, VERY HEAVILY pregnant were surrendered to the pound. Of course we had to get them out. They had puppies within a few days of their rescue. Taci had seven puppies, which are the “T” litter that we have posted. Taci was a super Mom to her babies, which have already been weaned and vetted. Now it’s her turn for a great new life. She is very sweet, a little shy and submissive, but warms up quickly, responding well to gentleness and kindness. She gets along great with the other dogs, she does fine around the barn cats and she’s fine with people (adults and kids). Still being a youngster herself, she still has a lot of puppy play in her and really enjoys playing with her sister and the other smaller dogs in the play yard. All of that being said, we think she would do best in more of an easy going home with another sweet natured dog to buddy up with. Taci is 15 ½ months old (dob 2/20/25) and weighs 33 pounds at the time of this posting (6/9/26). She has been spayed, 4DX heartworm tested, microchipped, f***l tested, current on all vaccinations, worming and on heartworm and flea prevention.

Meet Josie, she is the all-around perfect package! To start off, she has looks…she is absolutely GORGEOUS! She is smart…knows basic commands – sit, stay and heel. She’s a lot of fun too…she’s fairly active and she loves to play with toys and if you will throw them for her, she really loves fetching tennis balls. She is house and crate trained, gets along well with other dogs, loves people -adults and kids…she is NOT good with cats. Josie has always been a house dog, but as you can tell from her activities, she loves to be outdoors too. Her previous owners loved her very much and they took excellent care of her. The only reason they surrendered her to us is because of some medical issues in the family. Our wish for Josie is to be adopted by a wonderful family that will treat her like the princess that she is and one that will include her in all of their activities and daily comings and goings. Josie is 6 years old and weighs 53 pounds. She has been spayed, microchipped, 4DX heartworm tested, f***l tested, current on all vaccinations, worming and is on heartworm and flea prevention.

Greta will always remember Memorial Day 2026, as it is the day that she met & went home with her new Dad in Massachusetts! We're so happy for her & thankful to Forever Home Rescue for making it possible. Happy life sweet girl! ---Dawn
