Today, we're celebrating a new beginning. Please join us in welcoming Stephanie to the Oaks family! 💚

Every woman who walks through our doors carries a story, but her story doesn't end there. At the Oaks, Stephanie will be surrounded by women who will encourage her, challenge her, pray with her, and remind her that hope is never out of reach.
We're honored to walk alongside her as God continues to write her story.

Welcome home, Stephanie. We're so glad you're here. 💛

Here Comes The Bride 🤍💍
Over the past 2 weeks we have had the sweetest time showering Bailey with love as she gets ready for one of the biggest days of her life.

There have been flowers, gifts, laughter, hugs... and definitely more than a few happy tears. Watching Bailey step into this new season has been one of the greatest celebrations of the Oaks. Seeing her surrounded by people who love her, celebrate her, and believe in her future is something we don't take for granted.

It has been a privilege to watch Him write such a beautiful story. It has been an honor to walk beside you Bailey and now we can't wait to watch you walk down the aisle.
With love, the Oaks Family ❤️

Hard to put into words what this moment meant. Chelsea reunited with her son for the first time in three years is a powerful reminder of God's grace and goodness. When He heals hearts from the inside out, restoration follows. Hope returns. Families are reunited and lives are transformed. This is why The Oaks exists!

Not simply to help women overcome addiction or incarceration but to introduce them to the One who makes all things new. God's grace changes everything. ❤️

We are grateful for partnerships that make a lasting impact.

This week, Charlotte and Tosha joined fellow community partners at Insperity's quarterly FWD Partners meeting and toured Dress for Success Houston, learning more about the incredible resources available to women as they rebuild their lives.

At The Oaks, we know restoration requires community. We're thankful for partners who share our heart and remind us that when we work together, we can walk alongside women with even greater strength, hope, and opportunity.

Thank you, Insperity, for fostering relationships that make our entire community stronger.

Some moments feel especially meaningful.
A few weeks ago at our Tuesday Dinner, Genie Pearce visited us at the Pearce House, named in honor of her late husband, Dan Pearce.

Dan faithfully served on the Oaks Board of Directors until the Lord called him home in 2020. When the Oaks opened its fourth home in 2021, we named it the Pearce House to honor his legacy of faith, service, and love for this ministry.

It was such a special moment to stand together beneath the sign that bears his name and celebrate the impact one life can continue to have for generations.

Thank you, Genie, for sharing Dan with us. His legacy continues to help write new stories of hope every single day. ❤️

Because of the generosity of one of our incredible sponsors, the Oaks has a beautiful new backyard! 💚

As lives continue to be transformed inside these homes, we're grateful for those who are helping transform the spaces around them as well.

Thank you for investing in the women we serve and creating a place they are proud to call home.

Some Tuesday Dinners are simply unforgettable. Last week was one of them.

We were honored to welcome the prison chaplain who once walked alongside of our Oaks women during their time of incarceration. To see him sitting across the table from these women, not in prison, but at the Oaks, was a beautiful reminder that God never stops writing a story.

We also had the joy of meeting the aunt of a future resident, a glimpse of hope for another life that is about to begin a new chapter.

As our Executive Director, Charity ,closed the evening with her testimony, we were reminded that redemption isn't just something we talk about at the Oaks it is something we get to witness.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We are grateful to witness His faithfulness, one story at a time. ❤️
