Wednesday night (Kids for Christ, KFC) Meal, class (prayer & lesson) dismissal

Lesson 3 of “The Boating Series” Luke 5 tells us that Simon Peter was one to whom God showed His power. He made his living as a fisherman. After not catching any fish He told him to cast his nets to the other side. Simon then could not pull them in due to the weight of fish. God instructed him to become a fisher of men so souls could be saved. You, too can do the same!

What an amazing night we had last night for our KFC Kick-Off! Approximately 130-140 were in attendance to kick us off! There are no words to describe it! Pizza, cake, dirty soda bar, hand print craft for our theme this year, and bubbles to remind us of our relationship with God. Not to mention the love and fellowship we all enjoyed!! We rolled out our theme for this year, “Growing in God’s Love This School Year”. We are excited to see the big things God is going to do in our youth this school year! Let’s make Heaven crowded!

Huge thank you for everyone’s hard work and pitching in to help out with all the moving parts and surprises that popped up last night! Yall just roll with and make things happen! THANK YOU!!

“Boating Problems in the Bible” Ever thought about how Noah preached the Gospel to people to repent the entire time he and his family built the Ark with no one responding to God’s Word? NO ONE!! It possibly took 50-120 years to complete before God closed the door. They only ridiculed them most likely thinking they were crazy. Until this time it had never even rained upon the earth so what was the big deal? Sometimes we don’t see things so we don’t feel the need to heed either!! God is real!! Stop and Believe !!

The countdown is on... 1 week till KFC KICK-OFF TIME!!! We hope you've all had a wonderful summer, and we can't wait to see you all next Wednesday night! We'll have pizza, cake, and some new exciting traditions to get us started the right way! CRMBC was truly blessed to have Bro. Josh Doremus from Macedonian Missionary Service come and speak to us. Please consider supporting this worthwhile Ministry. His message was entitled “What to do with God’s mercy” taken from Romans 12:1-2. If you would like more information or missed his visit then please watch on YouTube under “crossroads mbc” or for any of our other services posted online. Get out of your comfort zone and work for Jesus.

We’ve been to Church!! Today was a Great Day in the Lord’s House. We enjoyed a guest speaker (who was often a visitor in his youth) from the Past! Bro Michael Chase Rushing and his wife Amanda visited with us. His message was entitled “An Outsiders Faith” If your church has a need for someone to come and speak then please get in touch with Bro Dan for his number. You will be blessed!!
