Some of the core principles of the Scout Law include being loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, and cheerful. Last week, our pack put those values into action by donating $3,000 to the Hubbard School’s Pantry through funds raised by our Pancake Breakfast fundraiser in April.

These boys and girls worked hard, knowing they weren’t just raising money for their pack—they were making a real difference in their community. And they did it all cheerfully and with a positive mindset.

In the photo below are just a few of the scouts that helped make our fundraiser a success.

We’re incredibly proud of our scouts and deeply thankful to our amazing community. Your continued support makes moments like this possible!

PHEW ….and thank you thank you thank you! 🙏 Another successful pancake breakfast in the books.

One scouting motto is “do a good turn daily”.
-No food item went to waste. The Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley was able to take all of our unused food products and serve those in need in our local area.
-We filled the collection bin for Youngstown Blue Coats with warming items for the homeless population they serve.
-Stay tuned for our donation to the Hubbard School’s Food Bank! This breakfast supported not only our Cub Scout pack, but one of our local food banks as well.

None of this is possible without the support of the local businesses and PEOPLE who supported this event! So once again- THANK YOU 🙏💙

Tomorrow is the day! Come on out to our pancake breakfast at the Hubbard VFW from 9-12! You will be supporting not only our Cub Scout pack, but also the Hubbard School’s Food Pantry💙💛

Also at our event:
-We are collecting for Youngstown Blue Coats- bring gloves, hats, and scarves and drop them in the bin!
-Daffins! We have candy bars for sale for $1.25ea!
-HUGE basket raffle!! Final count: 89 BASKETS! There is definitely something for everyone! (Thank you to Jugenheimer Industrial Supplies for sponsoring)

Tickets available at the door! We hope to see you there, and our scouts are so excited to serve!
