At DA BUX, we believe a love for fresh, locally grown produce starts at a young age. That’s why our Train the Trainer program equips participants with the skills and confidence to lead cooking classes in their own communities. 🌱🥬🥒
With guidance from Chef Brandon Hanagami, participants learn recipe adaptation, knife skills and safety, mise en place, sanitation, kitchen safety, and more—all while discovering fun and delicious ways to incorporate local produce into everyday meals.👨🏽🍳
