The friends of the dawn are a part of the great give this year, and we’re asking for your help to both us and a number of other wonderful non-profits.

Donations can be made in person during the Hillsdale County Community Foundation "Great Give" on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, between 9:00 and 4:00, at the Hillsdale United Brethren Church, 1300 S. Hillsdale Rd. or dropped off to the Hillsdale County Community Foundation at 2 S. Howell St.
Please make checks payable to: "Friends of the Dawn Theater".

Donations of $250 or more will be rewarded with a gift of a framed, 11" by 17" reprint of the donor's choice of one of the early Dawn Theater posters found during rehabilitation.
Donations of $500 or more will earn a gift of all 4 posters, each in an 11" X 17" frame.

Wurlitzer Opus #1167 is well on her way to being a permanent resident of the dawn. Just have a few more loose ends to tie up and some wiring to be done. Stay tuned for future plans, we do have plans for concerts and that sort of thing.

One more day till delivery. 👀👀👀 still have more work to do in the theatre but the organ is finally coming home.

Don’t forget to get your tickets for tomorrows show at the dawn! The freinds of the Dawn and Hillsdale Renaissance present Mountain Highway, doors open at 6. Tickets at the door are $15.
