McCann Rescue Farm

CLOSED FOR VACATION

📅 June 10th – June 20th

During this time: ❌ No adoptions
❌ No animal drop-offs
❌ No visitor appointments
❌ No pickups

❤️ Our rescue animals will continue to be cared for daily by our dedicated team while we take a short break to recharge.

We will resume normal operations on June 20th and will return all messages, emails, and inquiries as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and for helping us give our rescue animals the love and care they deserve. 🐷🐴🐔🦆🐐

That is such a huge win! ❤️🥹

So excited that Lemu is finally starting to come around! 🥰

Kevin has always been the outgoing, adventurous one — ALWAYS wanting to be the center of attention. 😂😆 He usually makes it impossible for me to get much time with Lemu because he's convinced all the love and attention belongs to him!

Most days, I have to send Kevin off with Daddy and some snacks just to get a chance to try and bond with her. 😋

But today was different. ❤️

Lemu decided she wanted Daddy rubs and stayed close longer than she ever has before. Normally, she won't let anyone get this close for very long, so seeing her relax and choose affection on her own absolutely filled my heart.

These little moments may seem small, but when you've worked patiently to earn the trust of an animal, they mean everything. 🥹❤️

I'm so excited and incredibly proud of how far she's come! 🌟Those breakthrough trust moments are the best part of rescue life. ❤️
