🏅 A national honor for one of our own!

Congratulations to Eagle Scout Chris B, one of just seven Catholic Scouts nationwide to receive the Emmett J. Doerr Memorial Scout Scholarship!

From a Tiger in Pack 7085 to earning the rank of Eagle Scout, Chris has dedicated his Scouting journey to faith, leadership, and service. He continues to give back today as an adult leader with his troop and as a member of Crew 7004.

Scouting teaches resilience, leadership, and perseverance, and Matthew Long is a true example of all three. 🦅💙

An Eagle Scout from Troop 43 and a cancer survivor, Matthew has overcome incredible challenges with courage and determination. His journey is a testament to the strength of the Scout Oath and Law, proving that even the toughest obstacles can be met with hope, grit, and an unwavering spirit.

Congratulations, Matthew, on all you've accomplished. Your story is an inspiration to Scouts and our entire Scouting community. 👏
